Witness the historic Ohlange School, where Nelson Mandela cast the first democratic vote, so we venture to the local hangout of Hlabisa Tavern, and indulge in 'Shisanyama'. Time here is spent mingling with the locals, from Coe’s to truck drivers, friendships found here last a lifetime. Next, we drop by the Kwa-Mashu train station and market, before visiting some 'friends and families' homes, for an authentic view into humble living.
